Straightforward returns

If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Email support@glowryme.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Made-to-order and custom pieces: please contact us before ordering for return eligibility.

Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
